A save without cheats or save editors

Let me say right away that this isn't an "imba save" for crushing everything alive, but a comfortable base for replaying the DLC. The save offers much more flexibility than the standard "start from the events of Phantom Freedom" button.

The save is located right on the border with Dogtown, immediately after Jay's fateful call. You're ready to take your first step into the district and begin the DLC's opening quest, infiltrating the Forbidden City.

Crash when loading a save - lower the graphics settings to minimum for the first launch. After the first launch, you can play on normal settings.
