Extract the contents of the archive to a convenient location, but not to the game folder.

The iVritexMenu folder copy to C:\Users\PC Name\AppData\Roaming.

Go into story mode, turn off the game and run Extreme Injector as administrator, select iVritexMenu1.2.4.dll and click Inject.

F4 / Num * activation. Scroll Down / Up Num 2/8. Function selection Num 5 / Enter. Right / Left Num 6/4. Return / Close menu Num 0 / Backspace.
