Using this Trainer:
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Numpad 2: Unlimited Power
Options:
Numpad 1: Unlimited Lives
Numpad 2: Unlimited Power
Numpad 3: Unlimited Bombs
Numpad 4: Unlimited Ether Chips
Notes:
Numpad 1: Unlimited Lives - toggle on and you have unlimited lives.
Numpad 2: Unlimited Power - toggle on and your powers remain at 100%.
Numpad 3: Unlimited Bombs - toggle on and when you use a bomb, it won't decrease.
Numpad 4: Unlimited Ether Chips - toggle on and when you have ether chips at the end of a segment to spend, when you use them they won't decrease.
