Using this Trainer:
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Numpad 1: Refill Special Ammo

Numpad 2: 9 Lives
Numpad 3: 5 Bombs
Notes:
Numpad 1: Refill Special Ammo - while in the combat portion of the game, press this button to refill the special ammo. In many cases the ammo will stay full until you are killed. Repeat when necessary.
Numpad 2: 9 Lives - press key to give 9 lives. Repeat when necessary.
Numpad 3: 5 Bombs - press key to fill bomb meter. Repeat when necessary.
