Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.

Numpad 1: Unlimited Force Points - toggle on and when you can spend Force Points to add units to your army, you will never run out.

Numpad 4: Mega Ballistic Armor - select a unit while in combat and press this to affect it.
