Using this Trainer:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.

Listen for "Activated".

Notes:

Numpad 1: Mega Health - once you enter a mission, at the very beginning of the mission when you can finally move around, press ESC to pause the game, then press this option. Re-enter the game and you will have massive health.

Numpad 2: Refill Ammo - press to refill most shooting weapons ammo.

Numpad 3: Mega Credits - press to give massive amounts of credit.
